What you will receive:

Welcome interview 
Meeting, call or video call to learn about your ambitions and your sports career; evaluation and choice of objectives to formulate a training plan that is realistic and tailored. It is important to immediately create a relationship of empathy between coach and athlete and this is one of the purpose of the first interview.

Questionnaire
I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire where you can share some useful information and data, objectives, athletic history, particular needs. In this way I can start to get to know you better.

​

Personalized training plan
Following the introductory interview and filling out the questionnaire, you will receive a personalized training schedule. The schedule will be formulated based on your current athletic level, your physical/athletic peculiarities and your availability of time to train for your specific objective/race. The training plan also includes muscle strengthening exercises functional to running, drills and skills to improve running technique, dynamic stretching exercises for joint mobility.

Direct feedback
The relationship between athlete and coach is made up of constant dialogue. You will be able to communicate with me regularly (via WhatsApp or phone) to get advice or feedback on the training sessions done (or to be done) and to ask me any kind of question. You will receive a regular feedback to have a complete overview of your progress as an athlete. I will share all my knowledge to make you aware of what we are doing together.

Flexible program
It will be possible to update your training plan based on any new needs or unforeseen events (injuries, new races, holidays).

​

Race strategy
A few days before your race, we will schedule a call to define the strategy: logistics, pace, tactics, nutrition, mindset...

 

Mental coaching
To achieve a goal, you need the right mindset. I will therefore help you approach the races (but also the training sessions!) with the right mental attitude to be able to develop your highest potential and obtain the best performance. (mental coaching is only for “classic” and “premium” plans).

Running biomechanical analysis
To be performed remotely via previously recorded video, or in person with Silla, on a track equipped with a platform with sensors and special software for processing static and dynamic images. Following the analysis, advice will be given to improve your running technique. You will also receive advice on the choice and rotation of shoes (running biomechanical analysis is only for the “classic” and “premium” plans. The service can be requested separately).
